yan was right. i should really get that bottle half-done wine out of my storage & add more nutrients to it so as to allow it to ferment. as for the bottling, there is still a need for racking and fining & it's not through one's effort.
even if in the end the process of the fermentation didn't go that well, i shall jus poor everything away & start over with a new one.
